Watching

 The trap is set and baited. I’m on the porch now watching for Richard. 

I’m not the only one watching. Thomas and all of the cul de sac cats are keeping an eye on the trap. They have all experienced its purpose. 

Last night there was almost a fight with Tom and Richard again. Very loud howls.  Richard at the north edge of the cul de sac and Tom advanced to him from the south. Again I held a long stick between them before they started physically fighting. Richard may start coming later, after Thomas is not present.
