Fluffy Back From the Vet

Fluffy's eye was starting to become ulcered. The Doc cleaned it up and gave antibiotics. It is stitched shut now. Stitched. Shut.

The good news is that he should fully recover. The not quite so good news is that he has to go back to the vet in ten days to have the stitches out. Doc says that after the anesthesia wears off he should be fine back in his home environment. I could try to keep him inside until then, but I think that being back at his natural home will be less stressful than ten days of captivity in a dog crate. He knows his surroundings out there. He has a routine. He has a place in the feline colony social structure. Trapping him again may be challenging, but I think that releasing him is best.
